Reservations:
We recommend you reserve your preferred appointment time with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last session. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Arrivals:
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new client, please allow 15 minutes to complete the new client intake form. Filling out our electronic intake form ahead of your visit will save time to check-in. Late arrival will limit the time for your session, potentially reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your therapy. In consideration of other clients, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged.

Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards:
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check, most major credit cards, and Tarboro Wellness Center gift cards/certificates. HSA benefits are accepted only for massage therapy. The gift card/certificate contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card/certificate cannot be used to purchase other gift cards/certificates. The card/certificate must be presented at the time of your reservation. Prices are subject to change without notice. The gift card/certificate is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card/certificate. Tarboro Wellness Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen cards. Gift cards do not expire. If you have a card that was purchased prior to fee increase, you will only pay the difference.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
